Shipping Methods
Orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Products are shipped from Arizona. Delivery times depend on destination and the delivery method chosen.
Free Shipping Promotions apply to Standard Shipping only.

Delivery time for Express shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and rural areas is 2 days.
Domestic Shipping Destinations
We will ship to any address within the United States, including PO Box and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may take longer.
International Orders
International orders will be shipped as Airmail through the United States Postal Service. Please review your shipping rate upon checkout. International delivery can take up to 7-10 business days. Package tracking is not available for international orders. You may be subject to import taxes and duties. We are required to list the actual value of the products on the customs form. Your package may be subject to opening and inspection by customs agents.
Sales Tax
A 7.95% sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to an Arizona address. Any applicable tax amount is not included in the total product price used to determine shipping costs.
Order Status
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account here. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.
Package Tracking
The USPS delivery confirmation number sent to you via email does not provide package tracking. The USPS website does not update package status until the package is actually delivered. Do not worry if the USPS website only says "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received". All shipped orders are in the possession of the USPS and in transit even if it is not reflected on their website.
RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange any new or unopened item purchased from PDOstore.com for any reason, within the first thirty (30) days of delivery.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you return an order that was placed with the free shipping promotion, you will be issued a refund less the standard shipping/handling cost that would have been charged on the order.
Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or are missing original packaging materials are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you received a damaged or a defective product, we will gladly exchange your product or give you a full refund. All returned items must contain all the original packaging materials.
To request a return or an exchange, please contact us at service@pdostore.com to request a return authorization. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in the email. We do not accept returns without an authorization. It is recommended that you ship the return with tracking information. PDO is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments
